Alea Partners launches operations in the Finnish real estate market

A new real estate investment and asset management boutique Alea Partners initiated its operations in Finland in the beginning of December 2023. Founded by a trio of ambitious real estate professionals – Ville Vänttinen, Mikko Haapalainen, and Niklas Vuorinen – team Alea brings together a unique skillset and diverse experience covering property investments and investment management, property development, asset management as well as financing.  

Alea aims to be the most trusted partner in the Finnish real estate market for both international and domestic investors. With active management, the firm's mission is to generate the highest added value and drive growth through opportunistic and value-add investments in collaboration with its capital partners.

As the first investment mandate, Alea Partners has established a joint venture ‘’UrbanLight’’ with Alma Property Partners. UrbanLight is focused on last-mile logistics and light industrial properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. This labour-intensive roll up strategy exemplifies Alea Partners' dedication to creating value and sustainable growth in collaboration with like-minded partners.

UrbanLight is actively screening potential opportunities and has a strong investment pipeline, with initial transactions currently in the due diligence phase. First closings are targeted by the end of the year.
